ParrotOS 6.3: News and Improvements
ParrotOS 6.3 is now available as the latest version of this Debian-based GNU/Linux distribution, focused on security, penetration testing, and ethical hacking. This update introduces new tools, system optimizations, and bug fixes.
Released a little over three months after ParrotOS 6.2, this version includes the Linux 6.11 kernel for the PC edition and the 6.6 LTS kernel for Raspberry Pi, ensuring better hardware support.
Among the key improvements, ParrotOS 6.3 fixes the $PATH
environment variable, resolves an issue with the Firefox launcher display, and fixes a bug affecting the execution of .ova
virtual images in VirtualBox.
